Frankie Dettori is back
Well it has been several days now that Frankie Dettori has been back in the saddle, however he has still to ride a winner, and many punters are beginning to wonder when that first winner will come!
Having been banned for six months for taking cocaine this very popular and well loved jockey has been itching to get back to the sport he loves, and to be fair is a master of, however with that first illusive winning ride still avoiding him we wonder if it will be today the 5th of June 2013 that he will finally get ahead of the chasing pack and be the first across the finish line.
Well we have scoured all of today’s horse race meetings and if you do fancy having a wager on one of Frankie’s rides today then you are going to have to be very patient as the first ride he has is this evening over at Kempton in the 7:30pm race.
Frankie will be riding Xinbama in this one mile flat race, and whilst this house is going to be tongue tied this evening the form of this horse has been fairly reliable over recent races, and as such this may be worth a small wager if you are hoping to see Frankie in the winner’s enclosure tonight.
In fact having looked around it appears that this is the only ride Frankie has today, and as such that one runner does appear to be of interest, for if Frankie is making his way all of the way to Kempton just to run one horse then there may be something in it!
The odds currently on offer for Xinbama are round the 4 to 1 to 5 to 1 mark, with both Paddy Power and Sky Bet currently offering those better odds; maybe you should get on early and secure those odds whilst they are still available! Some online betting site will offer you a best odds guarantee so even if you take those currently available odds and they get larger once the race is off and the declared SP is greater than the odds you took you will get the best odds offered.
Whilst we wish Frankie all the best with today’s ride we are fairly confident it will not be too long now before we see him in the winner’s enclosure and as it to be expected he will no doubt do one of his famous flying dismounts when he does finally saddle that long overdue winner!
