| | Leroy Yegge is a recovering compulsive gambler who takes great pride in seeing people recover. In Leroy's years of recovery he has appeared on TV and radio shows to help promote the awareness of compulsive gambling. His extensive management background has made him an asset in the success of Harbour Pointe
With his background in business management, Leroy is currently involved with Harbour Pointes expansion and growth so that we may offer our services to more of those inflicted with this disease. Leroy, also talks and coordinates with families the beginning planning phases of conducting interventions for their loved one.

Irina earned her MBA in Russia in 2005 and now she works as an office manager at Harbour Pointe. She helps clients with their every day needs, starting from their very first day at the facility until their graduation ceremony. Every day she handles the money process with patients, coordinates on-time sessions, and makes sure that the clients at Harbour Pointe feel comfortable away from home.

| | Elaan, a Baltimore native, brings her smile, good-nature and 15 years of office management experience to Harbour Pointe's administrative staff. As the part-time office assistant, she helps to ensure the office run smoothly and provide a strong foundation for the important work at Harbour Pointe.

Dr. Tom Truss is a licensed Psychologist who has been in practice for over 33 years. In addition to his own Practice as a Psychologist, he is currently both a supervisory psychologist as well as a practicing psychotherapist at Harbour Pointe. His prior work has been with patients who suffer from Pathological Gambling. Within that time frame he has also supervised "Psychology Externs/Interns" who are learning the practice of Psychology. He has also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Loyola College as well as the Baltimore City Police Academy.
One of Dr. Truss' specialty areas is that of Addictions. In that connection, he has served as Clinical Director of a number of Residential Treatment Programs starting with the Johns Hopkins Center for Pathological Gambling. His treatment emphasis is Individual, Couple and Family Therapy with adolescents, young and older aged adults.
Dr. Truss' post-doctoral training in Psychoanalytic Psychology has enhanced his "Life Span" perspective consistent with the theory of Developmental Psychology. His Psychoanalytical training qualifies him as an experienced Psychoanalyst in addition to his use of eclectic theoretical work as a Psychologist.

Dr. Vaeth is a board certified adult and adolescent Psychiatrist with practices at the world renowned Sheppard Pratt Hospital in Baltimore. Ha has worked as a consultant on mental health issues with Harbour Pointe for a number of years. His clinical interests include pathological gambling, mental health disorders in female adolescents and adults as well as ECT. He is the Associate Medical Director of Overlook at Sheppard Pratt - A part of the premier services division of Sheppard Pratt Health Systems.

| | Dr. Ken Martz has worked with compulsive gamblers for over 10 years. His supportive style allows deeper examination into underlying issues but also provides a solution and problem solving focus on the situation which enables the gambler to begin putting his/her life back in order.

Dr. Kristen Reese earned her PsyD in 2004 from Loyola College in Maryland. While pursuing licensure, she works as a psychology associate and functions as both clinical administrator and individual therapist at Harbour Pointe. She has a variety of clinical experience, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Reese is interested in helping clients to examine how interpersonal and emotional dynamics underlie compulsive behaviors.

Elisabeth recently earned a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and is currently working towards a full licensure in the state of Maryland. She has experienced working with individuals overcoming addictions and dual diagnoses in residential treatment facilities. At Harbour Pointe, Elisabeth practices individual therapy, encouraging and assisting clients to increase awareness in their lives.

Ms. Martz is a board certified psychology associate. She holds a master's of science in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland. Ms. Martz has prior experience with both in and outpatient settings. Her work has been with individuals and families dealing with addictions. Ms. Martz approach is eclectic in that she uses a combination of mainstream orientations and techniques.

J'aime Nowell, LCSW-C, LCADC, has been a licensed clinician for eight years. She utilizes cognitive behavior theories to assist people in changing thought and behavior patterns related to substance abuse and addictive behaviors, depression, anxiety and unhealthy relationships.

| | Jim conducts peer sessions in both individual and group settings. Jim writes clients schedules, plans admissions and discharges, and schedules family planning. Jim's primary focus is to assist the client from admittance to discharge and beyond in maximizing the program and the opportunity the individual has before them.

Sharon has worked in the addiction field for over 10 years. She has worked with compulsive gamblers and their families on an individual and group basis. She has helped those who suffer from the disease of addiction by creating Relapse Prevention and Recovery plans. Sharon works towards assisting patients in understanding the relapse process and helping them in identifying potential triggers and high risk situations.

Vanessa Novalis has done the majority of her clinical training in New York City, earning her B.A. in Psychology at New York University and her M.A. in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is currently a Board Certified Psychology Associate and doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Loyola College in Maryland. Although the majority of Vanessa's experience has been in the area of Forensics she has experience in the area of child/adolescent therapy, family therapy, psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment, and group work. Within Harbour Pointe, Vanessa functions as a therapist and group facilitator, working with clients to achieve connections between their thoughts, feeling, and behaviors.

Leah Wrobel has taught yoga since 2003. She obtained her teaching certificate at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, Massachusetts in 2003, and has also completed a year of advanced training in Vijnana yoga at the Wingate Institute in Israel. Ms. Wrobel's background includes professional modern dancing in a variety of companies in Israel and Washington DC and the study of yoga in India and the Netherlands.

Stephanie Porcaro is an Oregon native and St. John's College, Annapolis graduate. She grew interested in massage as a massage patient, while working through her feelings of disembodiment due to long hours at the computer as a professional researcher. What started as an interest became a career, after training at the Baltimore School of Massage in 2003-2004. She brings three years of experience with touch therapy to her clients. Her work focuses on releasing physical stress patterns, and truly feeling and accepting the body. Her very mixed client base consists predominantly of athletes, classical musicians, morbidly obese individuals, sex abuse victims, and physicians.
